What makes our FAT FRIDAY VIP Experience so special is the NOLA inspired dinner, created and donated by amazing chefs and restaurant owners. These off-the-menu Delta-tasting offerings change year to year, are only available during the VIP portion of the event, and are not to be missed.

In 2018, Sasha Shor returns as our Chef d’event, curating the culinary lineup. This year she has teamed up with Tyson Ho of Arrogant Swine to bring the very first Cajun Style Boucherie Feast (pig roast!) to the event, featuring a smoked, creole-spiced whole hog and smoked Andouille sausage, carved and served on site. Along with all the delectable smoked pork, crispy skin and spicy Cajun sauces, we’ll be serving proper slow-cooked collard greens, tangy red vinegar slaw, sweet-hot pickled peppers and potato rolls. Also making a very welcome repeat appearance is the divine seafood & sausage gumbo from Peasant in Nolita, along with with a selection of fresh, hot inventive pies from Two Boots Pizza, named of course, for the geographical shapes of Italy & Louisiana! We are also excited for the return of Infirmary and new friend, Fort Defiance. So, laissez les bon temps rouler, bon appetite and we can’t wait to feast with you!

FAT FRIDAY‘s delectable foods are reserved exclusively for our VIP Experience ticket holders, who will enjoy unlimited offerings of our NOLA-inspired street market plates. So grab a special cocktail at the bar and come walk the streets of New Orleans!
